Do you install the stoves and boilers?
We offer the complete installation service on all our stoves. Our quality installers are Metac certified. We offer an initial complimentary site visit to prepare for the installation with the sale of any stove across Cork. Our price is €600 (most houses).
How often does my stove need to be serviced?
A yearly service allows our experienced technicians to thoroughly clean and remove any build-up, ensuring unobstructed airflow and preventing blockages that could impact the stove's efficiency, reducing the risk of costly repairs or replacements in the future.
All wood pellet stoves should be serviced yearly by a trained professional. Our price for our expert service is €99.
Once installed, how do I maintain my wood pellet stove?
It is extremely important to use only quality wood pellets. All Stove companies insist on using only quality pellets, usually carrying the Din plus label or EnPlus A1. These certificates are given to quality suppliers of pellets who use environmental friendly practices as well as quality pellets. All stove manufacturers may not stand over a stove if bad quality pellets are used.
